After the Fourth Great Shinobi World War ended, the world was experiencing a time of peace. The villages for once were able to live in relative harmony with one another as they rebuilt, and for once, all seemed to be well. The kage were able to live peaceful lives and soon began retiring, passing on the baton to the next generations. That is until an unknown virus infects the northern coast. The first to fall is the once powerful Raikage, Ay. While many thought this virus was a simple mutation of what may have well been the flu, no one would ever think of the destruction it would cause. Especially when it infected a certain Uzumaki Naruto.
With his death came the malice; with the malice came the destruction; with the destruction came the shinobi' revolt; and with the revolt came the sacrifices. The Bijuu became filled with malice that they sought to destroy the world. Shinobi sought a way to fight them and once again capture each of the Bijuu. Time passed, and a plan was devised. The Jinchuuriki would be sacrificed for the greater good of the world, and with the deaths of nine individuals, an uneasy peace began.
As time continued, the villages began to truly restructure. In a peace that would last 80 years after the downfall of the Bijuu, the world would see the creation of a great many things. Technology was beginning to take root and before long the blossoms that grew from the tree of the advanced mind would bear fruit. A many great things came to be. A railroad between the vast many nations. Mechanical limbs to replace lost ones. Radios that could reach between villages. Everything seemed to be becoming less reliant on the shinobi. Only the need for them never truly vanished. As with the growth of time, also continued the growth of malice.
SHUKUCHI KARA SANDANKAI [THREE STEPS FROM THE REDUCED EARTH] C-RANK || TAIJUTSU || SHORT || SUPPLEMENTARY
An unperfected technique, the Shukuchi is a Buddhist belief of how a God is able to step anywhere, thereby "shrinking" the land between Him and his destination. Though far from a teleportation technique like the mythos describes, this technique involves powerful footwork to achieved near superhuman speeds. Beginning this by tapping his foot three times upon the ground, Kentaro will dart forward at a velocity that only a Two Tomoe Sharingan and greater can properly can follow. Its path is highlighted by noticeable indentions in the ground, hinting towards his general location. While in motion, Kentaro is unable to see or react to his surroundings, and can only travel in a straight line. Because of this, he must first calculate his end point and is seemingly vulnerable during this time frame.
SHUKUCHI KARA NIDANKAI [TWO STEPS FROM THE REDUCED EARTH] B-RANK || TAIJUTSU || SHORT TO MID || SUPPLEMENTARY

Beginning this by tapping his foot two times upon the ground, Kentaro will dart forward at a velocity that only a Three Tomoe Sharingan and greater can properly can follow. Its path is highlighted by noticeable indentions in the ground, hinting towards his general location. While in motion, Kentaro is still unable to see or react to his surroundings. He, however, gains the ability to maneuver his direction and shift it at a whim. This makes it even more difficult to trace his movements. Once the motion is completed, he may quickly returned to full speed in a moment's notice, allowing him to move to his next location rapidly. This, however, tires him quickly due to its strenuous natures. Like before, Kentaro is the most vulnerable whilst in motion due to his inability to react to incoming attacks.
SHUKUCHI KARA ICHIDANKAI [ONE STEP FROM THE REDUCED EARTH] A-RANK || TAIJUTSU || SHORT TO MID || SUPPLEMENTARY
Beginning this by tapping his foot one time upon the ground, Kentaro will dart forward at a velocity that only a Mangekyou Sharingan and greater can properly can follow. While leaving indentions behind, Kentaro's technique has improved to the point that they only show up when he changes direction, giving foes only brief moment's to calculate his specific location before it rapidly shifts. It is also during these indentions that Kentaro is able to see his surroundings (abet briefly) so that he can calculate his next strike. Because of the speed achieved, the user is often left greatly fatigued if performed for too long, straining leg muscles and essentially shredding them to bits. Otherwise, it retains similar weaknesses to its prior variations.
SHUKUCHI KARA MADANKAI [TRUE STEP OF THE REDUCED EARTH] S-RANK || TAIJUTSU, KINJUTSU || ANY || SUPPLEMENTARY
The Shukuchi is a Buddhist belief of how a God is able to step anywhere, thereby "shrinking" the land between Him and his destination. From great meditation and enlightenment, Kentaro is able to seemingly achieve the power the mythos describes and achieve the power of teleportation. Capable of being performed upon the fly, Kentaro is able to rapidly achieve a speed that seeming splits dimensions, essentially cutting the ground from his location to wherever he wishes to travel to. While this may be done anywhere, the further the distance he goes, the more strain is placed on his body. Just because he may be able to move from country to country does not mean he could survive such a travel. For this fact, he often limits this to no more than 10 meters. This speed is practically untraceable and only the powerful might of the Rinnegan or Eternal Mangekyou Sharingan is seemingly capable of following its movements. This is because the moment he disappears, he will literally reappear at his destination, leaving no room for standard methods to follow. As humans are not able to normally move at this speed, his body will break down the more he uses it, labeling it as a Kinjutsu.
